GPD Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Site Development & Entitlements Project Manager to lead multi-site design programs for national clients. You will manage planning, zoning, and architectural reviews, ensuring site plans meet client and local code requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or similar, 9+ years of experience, and the ability to coordinate across multidiscipline teams. Some travel for site visits and meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or similar, with 9+ years of entitlement experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-discipline engineering and architectural design teams.
• Experience with multi-site development design and development programs.
• Ability to read site/building construction drawings and create compliant site plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads site design and documentation for retail and restaurant buildings.
• Develops project objectives, scope, and schedules with the Client.
• Establishes and monitors detailed project plan.
• Meeting and communicating with clients daily/weekly as required.
• Project Administration.
• Construction administration.
