Job summary

Environmental Design Group is seeking a qualified Project Manager for the Site Development Client Service Group in Akron. The role combines technical leadership with client management, overseeing master planning, site development, and construction documents, with opportunities for advancement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, PE or AICP certification, and 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• PE, AICP, or other relevant certification.
• 8+ years of experience in the field.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and other industry software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Mentor staff and manage performance against goals.
• Oversee all project activities including scope, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders; present findings.
• Identify risks and funding sources; ensure QA/QC standards.
