Job summary

EXP is seeking a Senior Site Civil Designer to join the Site Civil team, coordinating across projects nationwide with a leadership role in engineering and design. The position supports hybrid work arrangements and requires directing work for site civil/land development while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 8+ years of land development experience, plus proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modeling tools. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience with land development projects.
• Experience leading projects through entitlement processes and client engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design for site civil/land development projects.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and design leaders across time zones.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project workload and budgets.
• Review design computations and ensure quality across teams.
• Travel as needed to support projects and business development.
