Job summary

RYCO, Inc. is seeking a Site Work Project Manager to oversee site development projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role blends on-site presence with office coordination. Candidates should have at least 5 years of site work PM experience in construction, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of permitting, and proficiency with project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site work project management in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of site development processes including grading, utilities, paving, and landscaping.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site work projects, including grading, excavation, utilities installation, paving, and landscaping.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Prepare project budgets, estimates, and timelines, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services in coordination with the procurement team.
• Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, providing guidance and safety oversight.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on milestones and changes.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress.
• Prepare and submit project reports to management and clients.
