Job summary

RIMEPRO INC. is seeking a Civil Project Manager in the United States to lead site development and civil engineering projects from planning through construction support. The role requires a PE license and extensive experience in grading, drainage, and permitting.

The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and budget while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer license required.
• 7+ years civil engineering and site development design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple civil engineering and site development projects from concept to completion.
• Primary point of contact for clients, consultants, agencies, and internal teams.
• Understand project objectives, budgets, and schedules with clients.
• Prepare site development plans, grading, drainage, utility, erosion control, and construction documents.
• Coordinate design and permitting with municipal, state, and federal agencies.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Monitor financial performance including labor, billing, and profitability.
• Assign work to engineers and provide guidance and quality oversight.
• Review calculations, plans, specifications, and permit documents for accuracy.
