Job summary

You will manage site-development engineering design, document quality, and coordination with engineers and sub-consultants, ensuring schedules and budgets are met. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in Civil Engineering and 7+ years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, StormWise, and KYPipe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years' experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with StormWise.
• Proficiency with KYPipe or similar software.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and execution of site-development projects from proposal through construction.
• Review documents for quality control and assurance; coordinate engineers and sub-consultants.
• Prepare project documentation including plans, specs, and estimates; ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Lead project meetings; present engineering aspects and progress to clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and overall project schedule and scope.
