Job summary

You will contribute to sketches, reports, and project documentation while guiding entitlement processes. The role requires a Civil Eng degree and 5–8 years of experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of professional civil/land development experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with StormWise.
• Proficiency with EPANET/WaterCAD/StormCAD.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design elements to complete a project with team members.
• Prepare project documentation: plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project team.
• Attend project meetings and present engineering aspects.
• Assist with entitlement and permitting processes.
• Provide engineering oversight during construction.
