Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Site Deployment Lead to provide technical and operational leadership for planning, readiness, coordination, execution, and acceptance of integrated infrastructure deployments at NATO locations. The role involves onsite execution 5 days a week at the Customer Site in The Hague, Netherlands, with frequent travel to NATO sites to support deployment activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Active NATO Secret clearance (or higher).
Experience leading deployment, installation, integration, commissioning, or field implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Hands-on experience installing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting enterprise data-center infrastructure across compute/virtualization, networking, security, storage, and backup/recovery.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary infrastructure teams across platform, networking, cybersecurity, storage, backup/recovery, cloud, and DevOps technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, readiness, coordination, and execution of integrated infrastructure deployments at NATO customer sites.
Develop and maintain site deployment plans, implementation schedules, readiness criteria, installation sequences, and completion criteria.
Coordinate multiple engineering disciplines throughout site implementation.
Serve as the primary technical coordination point between on-site teams, programme leadership, remote teams, NATO stakeholders, and partners.
Lead site readiness activities to verify facilities, power, cabling, connectivity, IP addressing, and security requirements are met.
Provide go/no-go recommendations based on prerequisites, dependencies, and resources.
Direct physical and automated implementations of site infrastructure, including rack-and-stack and network configuration.
Validate sequencing and dependencies between infrastructure, platform services, security, and automation.
Coordinate installation, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities.
Ensure deployed infrastructure conforms to approved architectures, standards, and NATO security requirements.
Lead runbooks, deployment procedures, automation workflows, and rollback plans.
Manage deployment risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
