Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or up to 4 years of relevant office/clerical experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in education, social services, community development or related field preferred.
• Proven organizational and communication abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 21st Century program delivery at 13th Avenue School and manage daily operations.
• Supervise direct service staff and liaise between students, teachers, partners, and school administration.
• Support youth development and after school programming for all participants.
• Assist with program setup and execution of special events and family engagement activities.
• Attend required trainings including site coordinator orientation and program-specific training.
• Ensure curricula and models are implemented with fidelity and maintain data records.
