ESFM, the facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Site Coordinator in West Chester, PA. You will oversee daily integrated facilities operations, including Shipping & Receiving, Housekeeping, and Vendor Management, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery to drive client satisfaction.

You will supervise frontline associates, manage labor and costs, and collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding, and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations, facilities, logistics, or workplace services leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing teams and contract service providers.
• Strong knowledge of QA, EHS, HR, and financial management principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments preferred.

• Manage Shipping & Receiving and Housekeeping programs.

Job Summary

The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily integrated facilities operations, including Shipping & Receiving, Housekeeping, Vendor Management, and Workplace Services. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery while supporting client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Manage Shipping & Receiving and Housekeeping programs.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and service providers.
• Supervise and develop frontline associates; previous workforce management experience required.
• Ensure compliance with ESFM and client Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
• Drive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) performance, training, and compliance.
• Support financial performance through labor management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Partner with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships and resolve operational issues.
