Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support the Business Services Manager in delivering high-quality facilities services across multiple sites. This role oversees subcontractor performance, coordinates moves, adds and changes, and ensures compliance with safety and GMP where applicable.

The ideal candidate has facilities management or hospitality leadership experience, strong communication, and staff coordination skills to drive seamless operations and client

• Prior facilities management experience in the Business & Industry sector.
• Hospitality management experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with Soft Services to include Janitorial.
• GMP experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• P&L Management.
• Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented.
• Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations.
• Planning, Organization & System Know-how.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector
• Or prior Hospitality experience in a management role, Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Convention Coordinators, Operations/General Manager
• Experience with Soft Services to include Janitorial
• GMP experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• P&L Management
• Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
• Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations
• Planning, Organization & System Know-how
• Has experience in commercial janitorial, managing a team, flexible schedule, willingness to grow.
• Knowledge of the janitorial industry and basic rules, expectations, safety regulations.
• Ability to manage interviews, hiring and disciplinary actions.
