Job summary

Celestica, a technology leader, seeks a Site Controller for its Plano, TX manufacturing site. You will partner with the Site GM and cross‑functional teams to oversee all financial operations, planning, and compliance.

The role requires hands‑on financial planning, analysis, CAPEX tracking, and cost productivity initiatives with strong experience in manufacturing finance, ERP (SAP), and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in manufacturing.
• 2–3 years in site controller or senior plant finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast updates.
• Oversee actuals reporting and interlock revenue, production costs, and TPS details.
• Lead Monthly Operating Review (MOR) and reporting for site/regional/corporate needs.
• Perform standard financial analytics and cost reviews to maintain budget control.
• Drive cost productivity via the CPR and project evaluation based on hard savings.
• Manage CAPEX tracking, capitalization/depreciation, and post-implementation reviews.
