Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Site Controller for a small manufacturing site in Plano, TX. The role partners with the Site GM and cross‑functional teams to lead financial planning, accounting, and compliance activities, delivering hands‑on financial leadership and performance improvements.

The position requires 5–8 years in finance within manufacturing, with 2–3 years in a site controller or senior plant finance role. CPA/MBA preferred; SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min 5–8 years in finance within a manufacturing environment.
• 2–3 years in a site controller, assistant controller, or senior plant finance role.
• Experience with internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's AOP and forecast updates.
• Manage actuals reporting and interlock revenue, production ramp costs, and labor costs.
• Lead MOR activities and generate site/region/corporate reports.
• Perform financial analyses (OMVA, RMS/PPV) and budgeting controls.
• Drive cost productivity via the CPR with tangible savings.
• Oversee CAPEX tracking and business case reviews.
• Partner with Site CFTs and Plant GM to drive financial direction.
