Job summary

TemperPack is seeking a Site Controller in our Lansing, Michigan facility to oversee site finance, analytics and cost control. You will partner with manufacturing leadership to drive profitability, manage inventory controls and lead month-end close in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in finance or accounting within manufacturing, strong US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with ERP systems to deliver actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance/accounting roles with progressive responsibility.
• Experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Cost accounting variance analysis and maintenance.
• Forecasting, budgeting and monthly close leadership.
• Inventory controls, reconciliations and cost modeling.
• Deliver insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliant financial reporting for site operations.
