Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 8+ years in finance/accounting roles.
• Experience in Manufacturing Finance / Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost accounting variance analysis and reporting.
• Identify cost drivers and drive profitability improvements.
• Develop cost models, reports and dashboards for production insights.
• Oversee forecasting and budgeting for site operations.
• Manage inventory controls and reconciliation.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and month-end close.
