TemperPack Lansing is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the financial performance of the Michigan facility. You will own cost accounting, inventory controls, and variance analysis, partnering with manufacturing leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

The role requires deep knowledge of US GAAP, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance/accounting roles in manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
• ERP systems proficiency and data orientation.
• Site finance lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cost accounting variance analysis and maintenance.
• Develop cost models, reports and dashboards for production efficiency.
• Operational performance reporting & analysis for senior management.
• Forecasting & budgeting for the plant.
• Inventory control procedures & reconciliation.
• Manage discretionary spending to meet targets.
• Month-end / year-end close procedures & reporting.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and data requests from leadership.
