TemperPack is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant at our Lansing, MI facility to lead site financial activities and partner with manufacturing teams. You will oversee cost accounting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, and GAAP-compliant reporting.

The role requires a strong detail orientation, business partnering with operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment. This is a hands-on senior finance position at the Lansing site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance/accounting roles with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing finance/cost accounting.
• Site finance lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cost accounting variance analysis and maintenance.
• Develop cost models, reports and dashboards for production efficiency insights.
• Forecasting and budgeting for site operations.
• Inventory control procedures and reconciliations.
• Month-end close and financial reporting for site.
