You will partner with the production team to drive profitability, manage cost accounting, forecasting, and inventory controls while ensuring US GAAP compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance within manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance/accounting roles in manufacturing.
• Experience in Manufacturing Finance/Cost Accounting.
• Site Finance Lead experience preferred.
• Proficient with data and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Cost accounting variance analysis and maintenance.
• Develop cost models, reports and dashboards to provide insights on production efficiency to senior management.
• Operational performance reporting & analysis.
• Forecasting & budgeting.
• Inventory control procedures & Reconciliation.
• Month-end / year-end financial close procedures & reporting.
• Business case development.
• Ad-Hoc financial analysis & reporting for Executive Leadership Team.
