Job summary

TemperPack is seeking a Site Controller for its Lansing, Michigan facility. You will serve as the site financial leader, partnering with the manufacturing team to provide analytical insights and ensure cost control across operations.

Responsibilities include cost accounting variance analysis, inventory control, and month-end close, along with forecasting, budgeting, and creating dashboards for senior management. Strong US GAAP knowledge and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance/Accounting roles of progressive experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing Finance/Cost Accounting.
• Prior Site Finance Lead Experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight for Lansing site and act as finance business partner to manufacturing team.
• Perform cost accounting variance analysis and maintain inventory controls.
• Develop cost models, reports and dashboards for production efficiency insights.
• Lead month-end / year-end close procedures and reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and discretionary spending to meet targets.
