Job summary

603 Manufacturing, a Trexon business unit in Hudson, NH, seeks a Site Controller to own the site’s accounting and financial reporting, drive cost control and capital decisions, and partner with operations to improve profitability.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in manufacturing finance, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA or MBA preferred), strong GAAP knowledge, and proven leadership of a finance team in a public company environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA or MBA preferred.
8–10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing accounting/finance function.
Experience as a Controller or senior finance leader at a manufacturing site.
Public company experience and aerospace/defense or space end market experience a plus.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Own the Site's month-end, quarter-end and year-end close with accurate reporting.
Maintain general ledger integrity and technical accounting incl. ASC 606, inventory and reconciliations.
Prepare site results, forecasts and rolling plans for consolidation and reporting platforms.
Lead internal control environment and site internal audit activities.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning with site leadership.
Collaborate on pricing, program profitability, and capital requests.
Manage working capital metrics, including inventory and receivables.
Develop and mentor finance staff and scale the function as the business grows.
