Job summary

The Finders in Tempe, AZ seeks an accomplished Site Controller to lead the finance function, translate financial data into actionable insights, and drive cash flow and profitability improvements. Hybrid work with remote 2 days weekly.

Required: BS in Accounting/Finance, 7+ years in manufacturing finance, GAAP and cost accounting proficiency; CPA/CMA a plus; strong communication and leadership capabilities to mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• BS in accounting or finance with CPA/CMA a plus.
• 7+ years of senior accounting/finance in manufacturing.
• Strong GAAP, cost accounting and financial analysis expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead site accounting and finance functions and internal controls.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost analysis and financial reporting.
• Direct and mentor a high-performing finance team.
