Job summary

Teledyne Energetics seeks a seasoned Plant Controller to lead the site’s accounting, cost management, and financial reporting. You will partner with management to ensure accurate results, strong operational support, and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, ASC 606, FAR, and CAS.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and inventory valuation, while building a high-performing accounting team. The role requires a CPA and 7+ years of progressive financial experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost accounting, and analytics.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes with reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Lead revenue process and ensure ASC 606 compliance.
• Review contracts for proper revenue recognition and EAC considerations.
• Provide financial insight and business recommendations to site management.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls across the site.
