Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. financially manages the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus with full responsibility for site accounting, cost control, and reporting.

The role owns the campus close, accruals, capex/opex tracking, and procurement controls, partnering with operations to reduce costs. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in plant or project accounting, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; CPA is preferred.

Alignment Engine Inc. (\"Alignment\") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics‑manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re‑industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Own site‑level accounting, cost control, and financial reporting for the campus.

What you’ll do:

• Site‑level close, accruals, and cost reporting
• Capex/opex tracking against project budgets
• Support corporate finance, audit, and lender reporting
• Own site procurement financial controls
• Partner with operations on cost‑reduction initiatives

What you’ll bring:

Pay range:

$120,000 – $145,000 per year
