Job summary

Hatch is hiring a Site Services Superintendent in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating onsite services, facilities, camps, transportation, IT, and general site support for major projects.

You will drive cost control, safety adherence, and compliance as projects advance. The ideal candidate has a technical degree or diploma in construction/service management with 10–15 years of field experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and familiarity with risk management and

Qualifications

  • A technical degree or diploma related to construction and/or service management.
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of related field experience
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Competent interpersonal and leadership skills/training
  • Excellent business aptitude and negotiation skills
  • A complete understanding of the construction process including familiarity with risk management and mitigation practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of common forms of contract, as well as demonstrable understanding of contract requirements and legalities applicable to the construction industry in general, and specific to the region or project jurisdiction
  • Experience preparing construction services estimates and budgets at both conceptual and detailed levels
  • Understanding the H&S, ES&CI and QA&QC principles and implementation

Hatch is seeking a Site Services Superintendent in Tennessee. The Site Project Services Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of the onsite services and supporting organization(s). Site services required by a project will be included in the Project Execution Plan which will define the Client, Hatch or shared service(s) responsibility arrangement as required by the project contract.

  • A technical degree or diploma related to construction and/or service management

  • Understanding the health and safety (H&S), environment, sustainability and community interface (ES&CI) and quality assurance and quality control (QA&QC) principles and implementation
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field (Construction Management, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Expertise and proven experience managing site services on complex major projects and in particular, located in challenging locations around the globe
  • Working knowledge of the various onsite department functions that fall within the scope of this position
  • Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions
