Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Project Superintendent to run day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedule, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget. This on-site role requires leadership across multiple sites and strict adherence to project specs and safety standards.

You will oversee inspections, documentation, and coordination with the project manager, ensuring quality control and timely reporting of progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors to meet critical path timelines.
• Coordinate with project manager to report daily site status.
• Perform quality control and ensure safety standards are met.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and material deliveries with relevant parties.
