Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Project Superintendent to run day-to-day operations on the construction site and manage short-term scheduling. You will coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Organized and analytical decision-making capabilities; manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to manage internal and external customers and resolve problems among 30+ subcontractors, direct employees and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet critical path timelines.
• Communicate site activities and project status with the project manager.
• Perform quality control duties on the work.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure safety standards.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and issue notices of non-compliance.
• Maintain daily written logs of site activities and punch lists.
• Assist in budgeting, bidding, and subcontracts; obtain permits as needed.
