Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3+ years in construction.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; safety aware.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with project manager to communicate daily site activities and report status.
• Perform quality control duties and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Maintain daily written job-site log and oversee safety procedures.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and issue notices of non-compliance when needed.
• Open/close the jobsite daily and assist in budgeting, bidding, and subcontract awards.
