Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Project Superintendent to run day-to-day construction site operations, coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensure specifications are followed, and keep work progressing on schedule and within budget.

This role includes coordinating safety, quality control, inspections, and daily site reporting with the project manager on RFIs and submittals, supervising multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Blueprint reading is required.
• Strong organizational and analytical decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Work with the project manager to communicate daily site activities and status.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work.
• Coordinate inspections and manage RFIs and submittals.
• Maintain daily on-site logs and oversee multiple job sites.
