Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services seeks a Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction site operations, coordinating labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and budgets.

You will oversee safety programs, quality control, daily site logs, and communications with the project manager. The role involves multiple sites, budgeting support, and handling permits and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Blueprint reading is required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on-site safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors to meet critical path milestones.
• Coordinate with the project manager to report daily site activity and progress.
• Perform quality control and ensure safety compliance on site.
• Communicate RFIs, submittals, and ASIs with the project manager.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with contracted scope and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and document results.
• Identify conflicts in progress and drive resolutions with the team.
• Maintain a daily written log of site activities.
• Supervise multiple sites and manage deficiencies identified by the team.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and issue non-compliance notices.
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts.
• Assist in permitting or revisions and track material submittals.
