Job summary

APSI Construction Management seeks an experienced Construction Manager/Project Engineer for a manufacturing facility project in Atlanta, GA. The role requires on-site leadership, coordination with the Client’s PM team, and review of weekly progress and cost reports to ensure milestones are met.

The candidate should have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture and 8+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier and ProCore.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-site resource for advising Client’s Project Management team.
• Attend construction meetings and review weekly reports to assess progress and flag deviations.
• Monitor actual costs and spending against the budget and identify variances.
• Recommend corrective actions to align with plan and budget.
• Support reporting of potential cost and schedule impacts to stakeholders.
