Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and at least five years of experience, strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 to manage schedules and resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Skilled in budgeting resource allocation and cost control.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
