Job summary

Grunley Construction Company Inc in Pennsylvania seeks an on-site Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects. You will oversee materials, tools, equipment and labor, manage site logistics, scheduling, quality control, safety, and field office functions while uplifting morale.

Reports to Director of Field Operations and collaborates with project teams, owners, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or G.E.D.
• This position requires strong leadership skills with a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.
• OSHA 10, CPR Certified, First Aid Certified (current or obtain before project start date)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction site and all activities occurring therein.
• Direct material, tools, equipment, and labor used to complete construction activities.
• Manage job site logistics, scheduling, quality control, and safety.
• Lead field office operations and maintain team morale on site.
