• Capable of learning new technical and non-technical information and applying it in the field in short time periods.

Responsibilities

• Support of Superintendent: Collect subcontractor manpower reports, fill out daily reports, handle deliveries, escalate to Superintendent when needed.
• Supervise Specific Part of Project: Coordinate subcontractors with help from Superintendent, direct Grunley manpower, read and communicate construction drawings/specifications.
• Safety: Perform safety meetings, monitor project for unsafe conditions, provide directions to correct unsafe conditions.
• Coordination: Coordinate work with subcontractors and with the project schedule.
• Tools: Maintain and inventory tools.
