Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Construction Superintendent to own on-site management for rapidly progressing projects at our Hawthorne campus. You will lead a team of laborers and contractors, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with engineering to ensure schedules and budgets are met.

The role requires 3+ years of construction leadership, strong coordination skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the construction industry with experience managing employees on a construction site and contract labor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project and manage schedules, deliverables, and coordination.
• Lead and coordinate a team of laborers and contractors across Hawthorne, CA.
• Enforce safety policies and drive a safety culture on the jobsite.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management to plan, schedule, and adjust work.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, inventory, and storage of materials.
• Maintain daily field notes and report status to management.
• Oversee procurement, proposals, and contracts for sub-projects; develop final cost & schedule.
• Coordinate with end users and facilities for building operations and maintenance.
