Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site management of fast-paced construction projects at the Hawthorne, CA campus. You will own project schedules, coordinate with engineering and project management, and supervise laborers and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

You must have a high school diploma, 3+ years in construction, and be able to work at elevated heights and extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the construction industry with experience managing employees on a construction site and contract labor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project.
• Manage site logistics, schedules, progress, and resources.
• Plan and supervise construction projects across campuses.
• Enforce safety policies and drive safety culture on the jobsite.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management teams on schedules.
• Manage procurement and execution of construction projects; gather proposals and contracts.
• Maintain daily job site log and monitor budget and cost controls.
• Coordinate with end user and facilities team for building operations and maintenance.
