Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead the Hawthorne campus construction effort. You will own daily site management, schedules, and construction activities, supervising laborers and contractors to deliver completed infrastructure on time.

The role requires 3+ years of construction experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with multi-disciplinary construction processes. A California driver’s license and ability to work extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing labor and contract crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management for Hawthorne campus construction.
• Plan and enforce project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management teams.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and safety culture is promoted.
• Manage site logistics, material storage, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with end users and facilities teams for operations and maintenance.
• Supervise and lead laborers and contractors on site.
