Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Electrical Superintendent (Construction) to lead day-to-day site management on our Hawthorne campus.

You will own project schedules, oversee construction, and supervise a team of laborers and contractors to enable activation of infrastructure across programs. This role requires 5+ years in the construction industry, strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to coordinate with engineering and project management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in construction with site supervision.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site management of a fast-paced construction project.
• Manage schedules, progress, and resource allocation across Hawthorne campus.
• Enforce safety policies and drive safety culture on the jobsite.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management for changes and approvals.
• Maintain site logistics, deliveries, inventory, and contractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain daily operation logs and manage company assets on site.
