Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead Hawthorne campus construction, owning schedules, deliverables, and safety on fast-paced projects.

You will supervise laborers and contractors, manage budgets and subcontractor contracts, and coordinate with engineering and facilities to ensure successful activation of infrastructure. This role requires initiative, teamwork, and adaptability in a high-urgency environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the construction industry with experience managing employees on a construction site and contract labor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own the day-to-day site management of a fast-paced, high-impact construction project, including schedules, deliverables, safety policies, and field coordination.
• Oversee procurement and execution of construction projects, gather proposals, assign contracts, develop final cost and schedule, and track status.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; manage and iterate on construction schedules with engineering and project management teams.
