Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent (HVAC) for the Hawthorne, CA campus. You will own day-to-day site management, schedules, construction activities, and safety programs while leading a team of laborers and contractors to enable project completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, budgets, and vendor proposals, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in construction with managing employees on job sites and contract labor.
• Experience leading a multi-discipline team of contractors and laborers.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and environmental agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of fast-paced construction projects.
• Plan, supervise, and manage projects across campuses with engineering and PM teams.
• Enforce safety policies and drive safety culture on site.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs and track status with management.
• Manage procurement, proposals, contracts, and cost/schedule controls.
• Coordinate with end users and facilities for building operations.
