Job summary

Metromont LLC is seeking a Bed Group Leader to oversee site tasks, ensure housekeeping, material handling, and form preparation align with project requirements. The role involves reading blueprints, operating equipment, and maintaining safety standards on the worksite.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in general construction, the ability to work in a team, and a strong work ethic, with adherence to Metromont and OSHA safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of general construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping and waste disposal throughout the shift.
• Collect and prepare materials as directed.
• Prepare and clean forms.
• Reads blueprints and shop tickets.
• Identify and report shop ticket errors.
• Measures and marks locations for placement of items in forms.
• Director assist with concrete pours as needed.
• Director assist with raking, screeding, and leveling concrete as needed.
• Operate various types of equipment such as hoists, overhead cranes, hand, and power tools.
• Must adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
