Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced on-site Supervisor to oversee landfill construction and system operations, including supervising laborers, servicing gas flares, pumps, and controls, and coordinating inspections.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant construction experience, proven crew leadership, and strong collaboration with a commitment to safety. This management role requires attention to schedules, records, and adherence to company policies.

Responsabilités

• Oversees work on-site and on construction tasks.
• Assesses job priorities and makes decisions accordingly.
• Communicates with supervisors regarding project progress.
• Gives instructions on tasks to be done and ensures timely completion.
• Maintains records and logs of work performed and materials used.
• Understands pump controls, piping configurations and SCADA systems.
• Performs inspections and maintenance tasks; enforces safety policies.
• Welds HDPE pipe and extrusion welds HDPE liner material.
• Adheres to lock-out/tag-out procedures.
