Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking an Operations Lead to join our team in the Georgia area. This role partners with multiple project teams to provide operational support and ensure successful project outcomes.

The Operations Lead will supervise the project team, develop plans, and own project information while delivering status updates to stakeholders. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for driving execution and maintaining client relations.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in field management for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience on projects over $1 million dollars is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, direct, communicate, and develop the project team.
• Develop an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Own project information and deliver project status to stakeholders.
• Validate project status and make recommendations to meet execution goals.
• Direct and align manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Ensure team follows defined processes and roles.
• Maintain customer relationships and stay engaged with the customer throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues.
