Job summary

MasTec is seeking a crew supervisor to oversee daily activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across multiple jobsites. You will lead six or more craft workers, read blueprints, and coordinate materials and equipment while maintaining project reports and compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities include supervising performance, training new workers, and collaborating with site leadership to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three or more years of related construction experience
• Or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Health and safety responsibility and Zero Injury principles
• Capable of supervising six or more craft workers
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate crews
• Proficient with basic math and measurement when reading scales and fractions
• Experience with Microsoft Office and email communication preferred

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints
• Preplan daily activities and coordinate crew productivity
• Monitor quality control and ensure safety standards
• Order and coordinate delivery of materials
• Coordinate equipment needs and ensure maintenance
• Travel to multiple jobsites as required
• Lead and mentor crew members; conduct performance reviews
• Maintain daily project reports and ESRs as needed
