MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee telecom construction projects, develop team skills, and uphold safety standards. You will lead crews, ensure quality workmanship, and drive on-time project delivery while delivering excellent customer service in the field.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of high-quality work, and strong problem-solving abilities.

• You know the telecom construction industry (Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.).
• You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
• You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team.
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software.
• You have a valid driver's license (Applicants are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record)

Responsibilities

• Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (Aerial and underground).
• Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture.
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers.
• Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities.
