The role involves supervising crews, coordinating with project teams, negotiating change orders, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Supervise construction workers and foremen.
• Coordinate project direction, scheduling and budgets.
• Manage change orders and cost tracking.
• Ensure timely project completion and quality standards.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
