Job summary

Crutin, LLC. is seeking a Site Coordinator to support onsite construction operations for multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use projects. The role includes coordinating field activities, tracking materials, and assisting safety initiatives to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and eager to grow within a construction management environment. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 with potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction field ops or logistics experience.
• Experience with multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, coordination, and construction execution.
• Review drawings, specs, shop drawings, and project docs.
• Track subcontractor work, including changes and scope.
• Maintain daily reports, safety reports, and jobsite records.
• Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and site access.
• Monitor procurement schedules and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with superintendents, PMs, subs, and field staff on schedules.
• Support scheduling and sequencing of construction activities.
• Assist with punch lists and project closeout.
• Direct and coordinate temporary labor resources.
• Participate in jobsite safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure quality.
• Foster relationships with teams, vendors, and communities.
• Provide additional project support duties as needed.
