HDR is seeking a PA Site Civil Team Lead in Pittsburgh to lead a team of Site Civil Engineers, EITs, and Designers working on complex industrial projects. The role focuses on design through commissioning and requires strong leadership and communication skills.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of site civil experience, PE license, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCad, and MS Office. You will mentor staff and contribute to marketing and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board.
• 10+ years of civil/site engineering experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCad.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to the Site Civil Team in the PA offices.
• Mentor and develop staff, coordinate design work.
• Collaborate with marketing and project pursuits, contribute to proposals.
• Ensure quality control and project delivery from planning to commissioning.
• Work with National Directors on local marketing and production.
• Lead coordination with multidiscipline teams.
• Support staff development and training initiatives.
