Job summary

HDR is seeking a PA Site Civil Team Lead in the Pittsburgh, PA office to lead a team of Site Civil Engineers, EITs, and Designers on complex industrial projects. The role requires guiding design through planning, preliminary design, detail design, construction support and commissioning with a focus on design excellence.

The candidate should be a licensed Professional Engineer with 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HydroCad, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of site civil leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Proficient with site civil design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of the site civil team, including staff development and project profitability.
• Coordinate design work across engineers and designers, ensuring quality and schedules.
• Support marketing, proposals, and client engagement.
