Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Site Civil Team Lead in Round Rock, TX to guide a team of Site Civil Engineers, EITs, and Designers on complex data center and mission critical projects. The role focuses on design coordination, staff development, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions across disciplines.

You will lead market-facing activities, mentor engineers, and coordinate with marketing and project teams to drive successful project outcomes while upholding HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience leading site civil teams on multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of production team including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
• Coordinate design work of Site Civil Engineers, EITs, and Designers across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support marketing planning, proposal scope and fee development.
• Lead coordination with national directors and marketing staff on local and national efforts.
• Ensure project work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management systems.
