• Oversee operations of Site Civil Business Class in the region.
• Manage workload, utilization, and staff development.
• Lead project delivery, quality control, and proposals.
• Engage with clients and HDR leaders; drive growth.
• Prepare site civil proposals with scope and estimates.
• Support strategic planning and marketing activities.
• Collaborate to advance HDR's site civil services in the industry.
• Attend industry events and contribute publications.
• Ensure policy implementation and travel as needed.
• Partner with leadership to build technical capacity.
• Perform other duties as required.
